challenge
The app had to handle card generation, parking sessions, rate rules, lost-card flows, and reporting without slowing down operator workflows.
solution
I built the app around QR-driven parking sessions, realtime status handling, analytics, and export-friendly reporting, all backed by Supabase and delivered through React Native.
impact
Delivered as a working production app to a real client — not a prototype or demo. Operators use it daily for QR card issuance, live session tracking, pricing enforcement, and end-of-day reporting with PDF/Excel exports. This is one of the clearest examples of full ownership from requirement to client handoff.
